Outer Bands in Platinum with 18k Gold Rope Every ring is completely hand-forged by well known artist Todd Alan.                 Our Newest Style: After several decades of hand making rings Todd has added outer bands to his five stand twist weave braid. These outer bands compliment Todd's braids and make this one of the more involved and special rings Todd makes. This ring is completely handmade.   The OBRM520TPY18 features our RM520TP platinum and 18k gold braid surrounded by two outer platinum bands, This is a very sturdy ring and should last lifetimes under normal wear. The ring measures 6 mm across and makes a great ladies or mens ring. We  can also add diamonds to this ring to make a great engagement/wedding ring set. OBRM520TPY18  $1180 each ring size :     If you prefer a larger ring we can also make this style with our RM518TPY18 braid surrounded by even larger outer bands. This would be our OBRM518TPY and would be perfect for men who would like a heavier mens platinum band. This ring measures 7.5mm across and is a substantial ring sure to last even under heavy wear. OBRM518TPY18  $1450 each  no photo ring size :       These rings can also be made in a white and yellow 14k gold. OBRM520TWY $730 each ring size : and The larger 7.5 mm OBRM518TWY  $855each ring size :       As you can see from this inside photo of this ring every juncture of the outer bands and the braid are hand fused. This is a very long process of point by point welding.   This completely hand created fabricated platinum ring is a star in Todds collection of handmade rings. Each ring is a very involved process with multiple stages of creation.     Please remember that this is an artist handmade ring not a cast or machine run off ring so each ring will be an original. As you can see in this photo each ring has a seam where the braid meets according to ring size. Often this seam is almost unnoticeable but depending on ring size and how the braid lines up the seam may be visible as in this photo.
